Returns
Due to multiple parties, including the factory and the warehouse, we cannot effectively manage inventory. This means that the actual stock could fluctuate at any moment. It's possible that you may not receive your order after the order has been made.
The policy is for 30 days. If you haven't received your item within the 30 days period, we are unable to offer the option of a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it in. The item must be in its original packaging.
